We have been involved in arbitrations arising under sale contracts involving a wide spectrum of issues which inter alia include cargo contamination & “off–spec” claims, late shipment/delayed arrival claims etc. The firm has been involved in a number of litigations wherein one party seeking to obtain an injunction against a bank from honouring the letter of credit. We acted for the Singapore office of a French bank in a USD 90 Million dispute with an Indian company over a trade financing facility.
